We have many items in our store that are not listed on this web site. If you have special requests for merchandise, please feel free to contact us. Our store and office hours are 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday. We are located at 174 Cypress St., Abilene, Texas 79601. Our phone number is 325/672-9696. Our fax number is 325/672-5656. Details All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Our online order form is capable of handling secure credit card transactions. If your browser is not capable of secure transactions, please call us to make your credit card transaction. Please do not send your credit card number via e-mail. Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax on orders. We will not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We usually ship within two business days of receiving your order Sunday through Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday if at all possible.
Returns
Return authorization must be received before sending an item back to us for a refund or replacement. Please contact us at TexasStarTradingCo@sbcglobal.net before returning any items. Returned merchandise must be in original condition, and returned with 10 days of receipt to receive a refund or store credit. Original packaging should be included. Again, please contact us regarding any damaged or defective merchandise, or for any errors in shipping. We will work hard to resolve any problems. We Recycle We want to protect our environment -- that's why we recycle our shipping materials. We save boxes that we have received merchandise in, and use them to ship products to our customers. We also re-use clean packing materials when we can -- bubble wrap, packing paper and styrofoam. This practice saves you money and reduces trash in our landfill.
